Railway RRB Paramedical Staff Recruitment 2025 notification has been released under CEN number 03/2025 which is a golden opportunity for health sector professionals to get a secure and prestigious job in Indian Railways.
What is new in this recruitment?
This official notice released in early August 2025 invites applications for 434 paramedical posts. These posts include Nursing Superintendent, Pharmacist, Radiographer, ECG Technician, Dialysis Technician, Health and Malaria Inspector and Lab Assistant Grade-II. Online registration has started from 9 August 2025 and will run till 8 September 2025.
Who can apply: Eligibility at a glance
Applicants must fulfil the age and educational qualification conditions as per each post. The minimum age is 18 years as on 1st January 2026, while the maximum age limit is between 33 and 40 years, which varies according to the post. Qualifications also vary according to the post: for example, GNM or B.Sc (Nursing) is mandatory for Nursing Superintendent, while for Pharmacist, Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy is required.

Selection Process & Application Fee
Selection will be through a single stage Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by document verification and medical test. Application fee is ₹500 for General/OBC/EWS and ₹250 for SC/ST/Female/Minority/Third Gender, with partial refund if you appear in the first stage.
