Admit card available, when and how it was released
RRB NTPC UG Admit Card for CBT-1 exam has been released recently on all regional RRB portals and official platforms like rrb.digialm.com and rrbapply.gov.in. Candidates started downloading their admit cards between 3rd to 5th August 2025, while according to some reports the link was activated on August 3 itself.
Exam Schedule and Vacancy Details
The Graduate (UG) level CBT-1 exam is being conducted from 7 August to 9 September 2025. A total of 3,445 posts will be filled under this recruitment drive. Lakhs of candidates from all over the country are taking part in this big Railway Recruitment Board exam.
How to download the admit card
To download the RRB NTPC UG Admit Card 2025 :
- Visit your respective RRB regional website or rrb.digialm.com / rrbapply.gov.in .
- Click on “NTPC UG Admit Card” or “E-Call Letter for CBT-1” link.
- Enter Registration Number (User ID) and Date of Birth (DD-MM-YYYY) and enter captcha or password.
- Download the admit card and take multiple print copies for safety.
Exam timing and shift details
There will be three shifts on each exam day:
- Shift 1 : 9:00 am to 10:30 am
- Shift 2 : 12:45 PM to 2:15 PM
- Shift 3 : 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM
The reporting and gate closing time is clearly given in the admit card. Usually it is 7:30 AM, 11:15 AM and 3:00 PM.
Important instructions for the exam day
While appearing for the exam, carry with you:
- Printed copy of admit card.
- Valid Government Photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, Passport etc.).
Do not bring electronic devices such as mobiles, smartwatches, calculators or metal accessories. Wear simple clothes to make the security check easier.
City Intimation Slip Vs Admit Card
Earlier, on July 29, RRB released the City Intimation Slip which only contained the exam city details. This is not the actual admit card. The actual e-call letter (admit card) is released around four days before your exam date.
